Toronto-based Korey Robyn is the visionary behind K-Star's Universe, a curated online shop featuring high-end, pre-owned designer fashion. With the "Fashion in Motion" tagline, Korey is expanding K Star's presence by selling her vintage pieces directly from a branded truck.
Collaborating closely with Korey, I launched K Star with a comprehensive marketing and communications campaign that covered initial branding, logo design, and naming strategy. The logo, featuring "K Star Closet" and "K Star Truck," was designed to be versatile across social media, Shopify, truck design, and print materials.
We embraced the "Fashion in Motion" philosophy, using reverse colour dot patterns and expanding star symbols in the brand's marketing assets. Each season, K Star creates unique campaigns for her new collections. For her 2019 campaign, which featured tie-dye and colourful items, I enhanced the photography with vibrant backgrounds, seamlessly integrating them into her Shopify shop and communications. These creative touches brought her marketing strategy to life.
