7Geese Software is a leading performance management company specializing in OKRs, continuous feedback, coaching, performance reviews, and career growth plans. At an early stage of brand development, I joined the team to expand the visual identity and create templates to demonstrate the product's benefits to companies, managers, and CEOs.
I developed infographics, vector illustrations, icons, and diagrams to simplify complex theories such as objectives and key results (OKRs). We also created standard guides and templates to enhance employee efficiency and ensure a consistent, branded approach to daily tasks. We aimed to present a modern alternative to outdated employee management methods, using friendly illustrations to highlight product features.
The website focused on practicality, science-based content, and conversion-optimized, responsive, and mobile-friendly layouts. Internally, we fostered brand awareness with playful elements like fun avatars representing the 7 Geese and a series of memes to add humour to weekly meetings and social media.
