The vision of this project was to create designs for a streamlined and secure portal for healthcare providers (HCP) to make easy referrals. This included creating a user-friendly design where HCPs could access everything they needed, from client information to helpful resources

Discovery & Insights:
We began by working closely with the QuitNow team to understand the landscape, organizational goals and current and prospective audience needs. This solidified goals and requirements, allowing us to generate informed solutions when designing the wireframes and user journeys.

Information Architecture (IA) & User Experience (UX) Strategy:
Using the insights, goals and ideas generated in the discovery process, we created a set of wireframes for critical pages. These wireframes were built with the users in mind while aligning with development needs and serving as a blueprint for the visual design stage.

Visual Design:
Once the wireframes were approved, we started putting together the design system to create the visual designs for key site pages based on feedback provided by the QuitNow team.

• Improve healthcare providers' experience to increase the number of referrals.
• Make the process more streamlined (reduce the steps and remove the delay created by waiting for an email response with a link to proceed).
• Create a quick, easy, secure login and password process and allow HCPs to start the referral process while their account is pending approval.
• Ability to automatically send client referrals to ASG coaches for “phone” support. It also processes and responds automatically to referrals for “online” support by emailing clients.
• Ability to access clients’ outcomes from ASG (via a PDF uploaded by them to the portal).
• Create a visually appealing dashboard that feels like a home for the Health Care Portal, where users can access downloadable material and register for webinars.
• Giving HCP a place to connect directly with QuitNow.
• Mobile-friendly design.

This page showcases a modern, spacious layout that enhances user experience with a clean, uncluttered design. Orange and yellow evoke warmth, energy, and happiness, sparking joy and positivity, while soft, light blue tints create a calming and soothing effect.
