The vision of this project was to design a streamlined, secure portal for healthcare providers (HCPs) to make effortless referrals. This involved creating an intuitive dashboard where HCPs could easily access everything from client information to essential resources.

• Thoughtful use of colour psychology:
Orange/yellow for energy and positivity and soft blue for trust and calm

Challenge
Healthcare providers require a more efficient way to make referrals and track progress. The existing process was hindered by email reliance, limited resource access, and a fragmented experience. They wanted a modernized version of their brand identity—still within the same family but fresher and more contemporary.
